Job summary

Healthcare Recruiters International seeks a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LPC or LMFT) in Tennessee. This full-time W2 position in Jackson covers Dyersburg, McKenzie, Martin, Jackson, and Union City, with five days weekly and no nights.

Provide individual psychotherapy for older adults, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and offer documentation remotely after on-site care. Starting annual compensation: $66,828. Benefits include medical/dental/vision and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Tennessee LPC or LMFT license.
• Eligible for independent practice and billing.
• At least six months of psychotherapy experience.
• Older adult or post acute care experience preferred.
• LCSWs are not eligible.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual psychotherapy for depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment concerns, grief, and life transitions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
