TeamHealth seeks a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in Franklin, TN to provide assessments, diagnoses, and individual psychotherapy for older adults in post-acute and long-term care settings. This W2 role includes full benefits and professional support.

The position is full-time, Monday–Friday with onsite patient care and remote documentation, offering clinical autonomy and strong organizational support within a clinician-led national network. Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams is required.

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee state license as a clinical psychologist.
• PhD or PsyD required.
• Eligible for independent practice and billing.
• 6 months of experience as a clinical psychologist.
• Experience with older adults or post-acute care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychological assessments, diagnoses, and individual psychotherapy.
• Treat depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment disorder, grief and loss, and life transitions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings.
• Onsite patient care with remote documentation; no nights or weekends.
• Coverage area includes Lebanon, Nashville, Mt. Juliet, Hendersonville, Goodlettsville, and Gallatin, Tennessee.

Role Overview

• Full-time (5 days per week) within Monday – Friday
• Enjoy stability, support, and flexibility with onsite patient care and remote documentation
• No nights or weekends
• Provide psychological assessments, diagnoses, and individual psychotherapy
• Treat depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment disorder, grief and loss plus life transitions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings
