Job summary

TELOS Health Systems is seeking a Psychotherapist (LCMHC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist – PsyD/Ph.D.) to provide mental health evaluations and psychotherapy in Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living facilities in Mooresville, NC. Flexible part-time and full-time schedules are available, with full-time benefits.

Role includes clinical autonomy, strong administrative support, and opportunities to work across multiple sites within North Carolina.

Qualifications

• Licensed in NC (LCMHC, LMFT or Psychologist).
• Active, unrestricted license in the state of practice.
• Experience with geriatric populations and long-term care settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
• Provide individual psychotherapy and ongoing treatment services.
• Develop, implement, and update treatment plans with a multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
• Coordinate care with facility staff and healthcare professionals.
