Job summary

Telos Health Systems is seeking a Psychotherapist (LPCC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist – PsyD/Ph.D.) to provide mental health evaluations and psychotherapy in Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living facilities. The role offers clinical autonomy and strong administrative support.

Locations include Hayesville, NC with pay-per-encounter, no billing tasks for clinicians, and a sign-on bonus up to $7,500. Flexible scheduling and full clinical oversight accompany a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina license as LPCC/LMFT/ PsyD/PhD.
• Master's or Doctoral degree in mental health field.
• Ability to work independently within a clinical team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
• Provide individual psychotherapy and ongoing treatment services.
• Develop, implement, and update treatment plans with the care team.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
• Coordinate care with facility staff and other clinicians.
