Now Hiring: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Part-Time & Full-Time Opportunities Available

$80–$120 per hour + Bonuses

See Autism Through a Broader Clinical Lens. At B Above Autism Services, we believe great autism care starts with understanding the whole person, not simply identifying a diagnosis or writing a treatment plan.

We are looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in North Carolina who is interested in expanding their clinical perspective and joining our growing team as a Psychological Services BCBA.

This is an exciting opportunity for a BCBA who wants to deepen their understanding of autism assessment, gain additional training and experience with standardized diagnostic tools, and collaborate directly with a psychologist as part of a multidisciplinary evaluation team.

What You'll Do

As a Psychological Services BCBA, you will play an important role in our diagnostic process, conducting behavioral observations and assessments that contribute to a comprehensive understanding of each child. This role may also include managing a small caseload, allowing you to provide ongoing clinical support while balancing assessment and diagnostic responsibilities.

Compensation
  • $80–$120 per hour (based on experience)
  • Performance-based bonus opportunities
Why You’ll Love Working With Us
  • Flexible scheduling (Part-time or Full-time)
  • Health insurance benefits (medical, dental, vision)
  • Free CEUs
  • Referral bonuses
  • Career advancement opportunities
  • Ongoing collaboration with Clinical Director
  • Supportive, clinician-focused culture
  • The opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and families
  • We believe strong clinical work starts with strong clinical support.

B Above Autism Services is building a different kind of autism care experience—one grounded in clinical excellence, collaboration, natural environments, and compassionate care.

We are growing our diagnostic services in North Carolina and are looking for clinicians who want to be part of building something intentionally different.

Bring your behavior-analytic expertise. We'll help you add another lens.
What You’ll Do
  • Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans based on client needs and progress
  • Conduct behavioral assessments and observations, and adjust treatment goals based on clinical data
  • Manage a small caseload while balancing ongoing clinical services with diagnostic and assessment responsibilities
  • Conduct ADOS-2 assessments and behavioral evaluations with children and adolescents
  • Complete structured observations and gather information related to developmental, social, communication, and behavioral functioning
  • Collaborate closely with a licensed psychologist and multidisciplinary team throughout the diagnostic evaluation process
  • Provide behavioral observations, clinical impressions, and a behavior-analytic perspective during diagnostic case discussions
  • Supervise, mentor, and provide ongoing training and feedback to RBTs
  • Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to support client needs and treatment outcomes
  • Communicate professionally and compassionately with families throughout the assessment and treatment process
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and clinically appropriate documentation
  • Ensure compliance with ethical, professional, and regulatory standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development related to ABA, autism diagnostics, and behavioral assessment
Qualifications
  • Currently certified as a BCBA and eligible to practice in North Carolina.
  • Passionate about autism and early identification/intervention.
  • Curious about assessment and interested in expanding beyond traditional ABA service delivery.
  • Comfortable working collaboratively with professionals from other disciplines.
  • Detail-oriented and thoughtful in clinical observation and documentation.
  • Comfortable interacting with children and families in a supportive, respectful manner.
  • A strong communicator who values collaboration over silos.
  • Interested in continued professional growth and learning.

Prior ADOS-2 experience is a plus, but it is not required. We are particularly interested in clinicians who are excited to learn and develop this skill set with us.
