B Above Autism Services is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in North Carolina to join our Autism Services team as a Psychological Services BCBA. The role focuses on autism assessment, behavioral observations, and collaboration with a licensed psychologist within a multidisciplinary evaluation setting.

This opportunity offers part-time or full-time schedules, with hourly compensation and performance-based bonuses.

Qualifications

  • Currently BCBA certified and eligible to practice in North Carolina.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
  • Conduct behavioral assessments and observations, including ADOS-2.
  • Manage a small caseload balancing clinical services with diagnostic responsibilities.
  • Collaborate with a licensed psychologist and multidisciplinary team.
  • Provide supervision and training to RBTs and families.
  • Maintain compliant, timely clinical documentation.

We are looking for a Board CertifiedBehavior Analyst (BCBA) in North Carolina who is interested in expanding their clinical perspective and joining our growing team as a PsychologicalServices BCBA.

This is an exciting opportunity for a BCBA who wants to deepen their understanding of autism assessment, gainadditionaltraining and experience with standardized diagnostic tools, and collaborate directly with a psychologist as part of a multidisciplinary evaluation team.

What You'll Do

As a Psychological Services BCBA , you will play an important role in our diagnostic process, conducting behavioral observations and assessments that contribute to a comprehensive understanding of each child. This role may also include managing a small caseload, allowing you to provide ongoing clinical support while balancing assessment and diagnostic responsibilities.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans based on client needs and progress
  • Conduct behavioral assessments and observations, and adjust treatment goals based on clinical data
  • Manage a small caseload while balancing ongoing clinical services with diagnostic and assessment responsibilities
  • Conduct ADOS-2 assessments and behavioral evaluations with children and adolescents
  • Complete structured observations and gather information related to developmental, social, communication, and behavioral functioning
  • Collaborate closely with a licensed psychologist and multidisciplinary team throughout the diagnostic evaluation process
  • Provide behavioral observations, clinical impressions, and a behavior-analytic perspective during diagnostic case discussions
  • Supervise, mentor, and provide ongoing training and feedback to RBTs
  • Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to support client needs and treatment outcomes
  • Communicate professionally and compassionately with families throughout the assessment and treatment process
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and clinically appropriate documentation
  • Ensure compliance with ethical, professional, and regulatory standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development related to ABA, autism diagnostics, and behavioral assessment
Qualifications
  • Currently certified as a BCBA and eligible to practice in North Carolina.

PriorADOS-2 experience is a plus, but it is notrequired.We are particularly interested in clinicians who are excited to learn and develop this skill set with us.
