Job summary

B Above Autism Services is hiring a Psycholgical Services BCBA in North Carolina. The BCBA will participate in diagnostic processes, conduct behavioral observations, and work with a multidisciplinary team.

Opportunities for part-time or full-time work with bonuses are available, and compensation ranges from $80 to $120 per hour. The role emphasizes collaboration with a licensed psychologist, ongoing training, and the chance to advance autism assessment capabilities within a supportive clinical

Qualifications

• BCBA certification and NC eligibility.
• Passionate about autism and early identification/intervention.
• Interested in expanding beyond traditional ABA service delivery.
• Comfortable collaborating with licensed psychologists and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee ABA treatment plans based on client needs and progress.
• Conduct behavioral assessments and observations; adjust goals using data.
• Balance clinical services with diagnostic responsibilities for a small caseload.
• Perform ADOS-2 assessments and related behavioral evaluations with children/adolescents.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to support outcomes.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and ensure ethical compliance.
