  • BCBA certification and eligible to practice in North Carolina.
  • Passionate about autism and early identification/intervention.
  • Curious about assessment and expanding beyond traditional ABA.
  • Comfortable collaborating with professionals from other disciplines.
  • Detail-oriented and thorough in observation and documentation.
  • Comfortable interacting with children and families in a supportive manner.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans based on client needs and progress.
  • Conduct behavioral assessments and observations, and adjust treatment goals based on clinical data.
  • Manage a small caseload while balancing ongoing clinical services with diagnostic and assessment responsibilities.
  • Conduct ADOS-2 assessments and behavioral evaluations with children and adolescents.
  • Complete structured observations and gather information related to developmental, social, communication, and behavioral functioning.
  • Collaborate closely with a licensed psychologist and multidisciplinary team throughout the diagnostic evaluation process.
  • Provide behavioral observations, clinical impressions, and a behavior-analytic perspective during diagnostic case discussions.
  • Supervise, mentor, and provide ongoing training and feedback to RBTs.
  • Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to support client needs and treatment outcomes.
  • Communicate professionally and compassionately with families throughout the assessment and treatment process.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and clinically appropriate documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with ethical, professional, and regulatory standards.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development related to ABA, autism diagnostics, and behavioral assessment.

  • $80–$120 per hour (based on experience)
