Lundbeck is seeking a Psychiatry Account Manager to lead promotion of our psychiatry portfolio, executing sales strategies with clinical knowledge to drive performance. This role covers the Winston-Salem West, NC territory with travel to meet customers.

The successful candidate will build relationships, stay current on reimbursement dynamics, and ensure compliant engagement with healthcare providers. This role supports growth within a dynamic neuroscience portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• 2+ years pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, biologics, medical device sales or related healthcare sales experience.
• Must live within 40 miles of territory boundaries.

Responsabilités

• Plan and lead business planning and account leadership activities using digital tools and data insights.
• Deliver compelling messages, assess customer needs, handle objections, and close calls with action.
• Build and maintain internal and external relationships aligned with customer needs and goals.
• Apply market and therapeutic area expertise to identify opportunities.
• Address payer access issues and reimbursement dynamics with Lundbeck resources.
• Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and Lundbeck policies.
