The role requires strong communication, data-driven planning, and the ability to travel up to 40% to meet customers and attend conferences across the U.S. Salary ranges from $120,000 to $140,000 with an incentive target.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• 2+ years pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, biologics, medical device sales or related healthcare sales experience.
• Certified on product knowledge annually.
• Strong work ethic and outstanding communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software.

Responsibilities

• Lead promotion of psychiatry portfolio with clinical knowledge to drive sales.
• Develop and execute account plans with data-based insights and strategic tactics.
• Build and maintain internal/external relationships based on customer needs.
• Gather market trends and deliver comprehensive therapeutic knowledge.
• Navigate reimbursement dynamics and payer access issues using company resources.
