Qualifications

• At least five years of industry experience with three or more years in pharmaceutical/health/science preferred.
• Strong business acumen and proficient use of business tools; possesses strategic and critical thinking capabilities.
• Proven track record of success in sales with solid presentation skills; works well in a matrix environment.
• Valid driver’s license and HCIR credentialing requirements may apply; ability to pass background checks and screenings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales performance, brand KPIs, financial targets and marketing objectives.
• Create pre-call plan objectives and execute post-call evaluation to improve performance.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships and maximize access and opportunities.
• Differentiate AbbVie’s value and identify disease state experts and speakers to maximize brand performance.
• Execute field strategy within AbbVie’s code of conduct and applicable laws.
