Job summary

Teva Pharmaceuticals in Phoenix is seeking a Sales Specialist to promote long-acting injectable and psychiatry products within the Phoenix West area. The role emphasizes achieving territory sales goals, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and developing business plans to drive growth.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, pharmaceutical sales experience (preferably in psychiatry), strong communication and relationship-building skills, and a willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Full time documented business to business sales experience preferred.
• Pharmaceutical sales experience preferred, experience in psychiatric therapeutic areas strongly preferred.
• Record of successfully achieving sales goals and building effective customer relationships.
• Experience successfully launching products in the psychiatric space across multiple settings of care.

Responsibilities

• Achieve all sales performance goals and objectives for geographical assignment.
• Demonstrate a collaborative sales approach and coordinate efforts between sales leadership, other Teva sales teams, market access, sales operations, and training.
• Develop effective business plans to meet and exceed territory-level sales goals.
• Build rapport and relationships with healthcare providers at all levels.
• Provide product demonstrations, physician detailing and in-servicing of products to customers.
• Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical staff to promote product and provide education.
• Maintain a call average as outlined in the sales plan, focusing on top target customers.
• Adhere to Teva compliance policies and guidelines.
