Job summary

Teva Pharmaceuticals in Chattanooga seeks a Sales Specialist to drive performance for long-acting injectable and promote Psychiatry products. You will plan, execute and optimize territory activities, building strong relationships with healthcare providers and office staff while adhering to compliance standards.

You will travel as needed, work with cross-functional teams, and contribute to sales targets in a collaborative, ethical manner.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Full time documented B2B sales experience preferred
• Pharmaceutical sales experience preferred, experience in psychiatric areas strongly preferred
• Record of achieving sales goals and building customer relationships
• Experience launching products in psychiatric space across settings

Responsibilities

• Achieve all sales performance goals for geographical assignment
• Collaborate with sales leadership, other Teva teams, market access, operations and training
• Develop business plans to meet territory-level goals and identify key opportunities
• Build rapport with staff and external contacts at all levels
• Provide product demonstrations, physician detailing and in-servicing
• Consult with physicians and medical staff to promote products and educate patients
• Maintain a defined call average with healthcare providers
• Apply problem-solving to improve performance and effectiveness
• Adhere to Teva's compliance policies and guidelines
