Job summary

AbbVie Inc. is seeking a field-based Sales Representative to execute brand strategy and drive performance across assigned accounts in the Fayetteville area.

You will build strong customer relationships, solve needs, and operate within AbbVie’s code of conduct and regulations. The role requires a bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) and a proven track record in pharma sales, with the ability to work in a matrix environment and manage HCIR credentialing requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy or business-related field preferred; or 5+ years in pharma/health/science with 3+ years in pharma
• Strong product and competitive knowledge; strategic thinking
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with healthcare professionals

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales performance and meet KPIs.
• Create pre-call plans and post-call evaluations; close on calls and handle objections.
• Build trusted customer relationships and solve customer needs.
• Develop and execute call plans to maximize access and sales.
• Share market intelligence with in-field and brand teams to align strategy.
• Differentiate AbbVie’s value proposition with health providers and maintain expert relationships.
