Job summary

Signature Health is seeking a Supervisor, Nursing-Psychiatry Access to provide oversight, direction and leadership of the psychiatric access nursing team, ensuring safe, integrated, evidence-based care delivery for patients and families. This role reports to the Manager, Nursing-Psychiatry.

You will lead policy implementation, drive patient access and engagement initiatives, coach staff, and collaborate with psychiatry leadership to meet daily objectives and improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in nursing is preferred.
• Valid unencumbered RN license in Ohio required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight, direction, engagement and leadership of the psychiatric access nursing team.
• Champion policy implementation and standardization with nursing leadership.
• Drive initiatives to improve patient access, engagement and outcomes.
• Coach and develop team members, including performance reviews.
• Coordinate with psychiatry leadership to maintain high-quality care delivery.
