Job summary

Signature Health is seeking a Site Manager to lead nursing clinical operations at a designated regional site. This role drives patient access, engagement, and outcomes while implementing policies across psychiatry, MAT, and related services.

Reporting to the Associate Chief Nursing Officer, you will mentor staff, manage performance, and coordinate with site leadership to ensure safe, evidence-based care and quality improvement across programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Nursing preferred.
• Valid unencumbered RN license in the state of Ohio required.
• 4+ years of experience in ambulatory, acute, residential or inpatient psychiatry.
• 2+ years of nursing supervisory experience preferred.
• AHA BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily objectives and operations of the nursing team.
• Ensure high-quality patient care and seamless clinical services at the site.
• Lead process improvements and staff development.
• Collaborate with leadership to monitor program effectiveness and compliance.
