Qualifications

• Three years of progressively responsible support services preferred.
• Experience in a behavioral health/psychiatric facility preferred.
• Registered or certified Medical Assistant preferred.
• Ongoing CEU credit requirements must be met yearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical support to medical staff, including prescription refills, taking vital signs, and documenting medical history.
• Handle administrative duties: reception, scheduling, scanning, copying, and filing.
• Triaged patient calls and assisted in coordinating model of care appointments.
• Maintain and process medical records in the Pine Rest EMR system.
