Pine Rest Christian Mental Health Services in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Team Support Staff to provide administrative support, manage schedules, and maintain department records in a fast-paced health care setting.

You will assist with billing and data entry, support clinicians and staff, and ensure excellent customer service while maintaining composure under stress in a diverse workplace.

Qualifications

• At least one year of related work experience preferred.
• High school diploma required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct visitors or patients, answer questions, screen calls, and manage calendars.
• Maintain department records and enter data in the computer system.
• Maintain medical records and release information as needed for continuing care and insurance.
• Assist with billing, calculate charges, and follow up on balances.
• Order office supplies and stay composed under stress.
