Lighthouse Behavioral Health Hospital is seeking an RN Nurse Supervisor for a 7a–7p full-time shift at our psychiatric and rehabilitation facility near Myrtle Beach, SC. You will supervise nursing staff, coordinate coverage, and ensure high-quality patient care while collaborating with the DON, Chief Nursing Officer, and admissions for after-hours needs.

This role emphasizes leadership, adherence to ANA standards, regulatory compliance, and staff development within a nationwide UHS network.

Formación

• RN Nurse Supervisor experience (2-3 years minimum).
• Current license in good standing in the State of South Carolina as a Registered Nurse.
• Bachelors degree in Nursing preferred; CPI certification preferred.
• Knowledge of ANA nursing standards and Federal and State guidelines; regulatory awareness.
• Ability to work independently and supervise staff with strong interpersonal skills.
• Must have excellent supervisory, organizational, planning, and assessment abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise nursing staff and oversee clinical areas during assigned shifts.
• Coordinate staffing using staffing grids, census, and patient acuity; control FTEs.
• Oversee codes and ensure proper documentation; liaise with admissions for after-hours handling.
• Work with physicians, DON, and Administrator-On-Call to address issues and ensure quality care.
• Support patient safety, quality care, and customer satisfaction; participate in staff development.
