Job summary

Rebound Behavioral Health in South Carolina is seeking an RN Supervisor for full-time night shift (645pm-715am), 3 days per week with rotating weekends and holidays. Base pay is $39-$49 per hour, plus a $10k sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• BSN from an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN license in the state where the facility is located.
• 1+ year of RN experience; psychiatric/recovery setting preferred.
• Charge RN or leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily nursing operations and staffing to meet patient care needs.
• Model customer service and prioritize patient safety.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and nursing standards.
• Coordinate care orders, assessments, and documentation across units.
• Mentor staff, provide training, and delegate tasks for quality care.
• Lead admissions/discharges and communicate changes to physicians.
