Havenwyck Hospital, a UHS facility in Auburn Hills, MI, seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to provide specialized psychiatric care for children, adolescents and adults. Qualificações

• Graduate from an accredited school of Nursing; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Current Michigan RN license required.
• One year of psychiatric nursing experience preferred.
• Certified in Non-violent Crisis Intervention preferred.
• Certified in BLS/CPR preferred.
• Good standing for internal transfers.

Responsabilidades

• Participates in development/interpretation/implementation of department standards, objectives and procedures.
• Utilizes the nursing process to plan, provide and evaluate care; produces written assessments and care plans.
• Develops measurable goals on the Individualized Treatment Plan with the treatment team and patient.
• Modifies the Master Treatment Plan as patient needs change; keeps plan updated and reviews with patients.
