Havenwyck Hospital in Auburn Hills, Michigan seeks a Registered Nurse to provide psychiatric patient care using the nursing process. You will assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate care, monitoring medications and ensuring milieu safety.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of Nursing; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Current RN in Michigan status required.
• One year of psychiatric nursing experience preferred.
• Current Non-violent Crisis Intervention certification preferred.
• Current BLS/CPR certification preferred.
• Good standing for internal transfers.

Responsabilités

• Participates in development, interpretation and implementation of department philosophy, objectives, standards, policies and procedures.
• Utilizes the nursing process in planning, providing and evaluating patient care, with written assessments and care plans.
• Develops measurable goals on the Individualized Treatment Plan with the treatment team and patient.
• Modifies the Master Treatment Plan nursing components as needs change and reviews the plan with patients.
• Keeps the treatment plan updated and reviews it with patients.
