You will assess needs, develop diagnoses, plan and evaluate care, monitor medications, and ensure safety and milieu management in a collaborative team setting.

Responsibilities include updating care plans, contributing to department standards, and supporting crisis intervention strategies as part of our behavioral health services.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate from an accredited school of Nursing; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Current status as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Michigan required.
• One year of nursing experience in a psychiatric setting preferred.
• Current certification in Non-violent Crisis Intervention preferred.
• Current certification in BLS/CPR preferred.
• Employees must be in good standing for internal transfers.

• Provide nursing care for psychiatric patients using the nursing process.
• Assess mental health needs, develop diagnoses, plans and evaluate care.
• Monitor medication effects and ensure patient safety and milieu management.
• Participate in department philosophy, objectives, standards, policies and procedures.
• Develop individualized care plans and update them with the treatment team.
