The GEO Group seeks a licensed RN to join the psychiatry support team at our correctional facility. You will contribute to medication management, health status monitoring, and patient care within a multidisciplinary setting.

This on-site role supports the clinical team through documentation, coverage of orders, and patient education. Qualified applicants hold an active RN license in the state, have experience with mental health patients, and are capable of crisis intervention and clinical

Qualifications

• Requires Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Nursing and an active RN license in the state.
• Ability to perform crisis intervention and medical/nursing assessments.
• Proficiency with clinical documentation and basic computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepares daily call out list and lab orders; ensures paperwork is complete.
• Records data entry for every patient contact with psychiatric staff.
• Ensures AIMS completion for inmates on antipsychotic meds; signs orders and maintains MARs.
