Responsibilities include leadership, recruitment, budgeting, and ensuring adherence to nursing standards. Weekend/evening as needed; full-time, 40 hours per week, with some weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• Must hold RN licensure in the appropriate state.
• MSN degree preferred; if undergrad is BSN, a master's in a health-related field or MBA acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee psychiatric nursing services to ensure high-quality, cost-effective care.
• Promote a safe environment and maintain clinical/professional competency.
• Recruit and retain qualified staff; ensure orientation, credentialing and ongoing education.
