Anchorage Neighborhood Health Center seeks a Psychiatric Clinician to provide high-quality psychiatric services in an integrated family medicine program. You will collaborate with Primary Care Physicians and Behavioral Health Consultants to deliver psychopharmacotherapy and consult with other providers in ambulatory and telehealth settings.

Required qualifications include a Master’s degree in Nursing or PA with psychiatric training (or MD), Alaska licensure, and current BLS and DEA.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in nursing or PA with psychiatric training or MD and completion of psychiatric residency.
• Alaska licensure as Advanced Nurse Practitioner, Psychiatric Advanced Nurse Practitioner, Medical Doctor or Physician's Assistant with license.
• Current BLS certification and unrestricted DEA license.

Responsabilidades

• Determine nature and extent of mental health or substance use disorder and formulate treatment plan with the treatment team.
• Provide psychopharmacologic treatment and monitor pharmacotherapy progress.
• Review labs and clinical findings to deliver holistic care in an integrated, team-based setting.
• Collaborate with Primary Care Physicians and Behavioral Health Consultants within ambulatory/telehealth clinics.
• Prescribe psychopharmacologic medications per national/state guidelines and collaborative practice agreements.
