Frontier Psychiatry, a physician-led telehealth organization, seeks a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner based in Alaska for a fully remote role. You will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with a wide range of psychiatric conditions, collaborating with psychiatrists and a clinical pharmacist.

The position offers a base salary with production-based income and requires Alaska residency. Expect 36 patient-care hours weekly, no call, no nights, no weekends.

Qualifications

• MSN or DNP with PMHNP specialization.
• PMHNP-BC board certification.
• Active Alaska NP license or eligibility.
• Clinical experience diagnosing and treating psychiatric conditions.
• Home telehealth setup suitable for private visits.
• Strong written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat a broad range of psychiatric conditions via telehealth.
• Prescribe medications and deliver psychotherapeutic interventions as appropriate.
• Manage your patient panel with appropriate follow-up intervals.
• Collaborate with subspecialty psychiatrists and a clinical pharmacist.
• Document encounters in Healthie with Nabla AI assistance and close within 48 hours.
• Stay current on psychiatric treatment and participate in CME.
