LifeStance Health Inc. is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in Mishawaka/South Bend, IN area. This 100% outpatient, hybrid role offers flexible schedules, autonomy over caseload, and a competitive compensation model based on productivity.

Salary potential ranges up to $192K–$230K+ with annual cash bonus incentive and a sign-on bonus. Benefits include health, dental, vision, 401k match, and more.

Nurse Practitioners are a critical part of our clinical team. We’re seeking Nurse Practitioners that are:

• Licensed in IN as an APRN with PMHNP Board Certification by the ANCC.
• Active IN DEA.
• 1+ year of PMHNP Experience post training.
