LifeStance Health is actively seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in Greenwood, IN to provide outpatient behavioral health care. This role offers hybrid options (telemedicine and in-person) with no hospital calls and a flexible schedule.

Qualified candidates are IN-licensed APRNs with PMHNP certification, IN DEA active, and at least 1 year of PMHNP experience post training. Compensation ranges from $192,000 to $230,000 annually plus an incentive bonus.
