LifeStance Health is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in Indiana. The role offers hybrid work with telemedicine and in-person care, competitive production-based compensation up to $192k–$230k+, plus annual cash bonuses and a sign-on incentive.

Ideal candidates hold an IN APRN license with PMHNP certification (ANCC), IN DEA active, and 1+ year PMHNP experience post training. This W2 position includes comprehensive benefits and a supportive clinical team.

Nurse Practitioners are a critical part of our clinical team. We’re seeking Nurse Practitioners that are:

• Licensed in IN as an APRN with PMHNP Board Certification by the ANCC.
