Job summary

LifeStance Health in Castleton, IN is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our hybrid clinical team. Enjoy flexible schedules, outpatient focus, and a competitive compensation model up to $192K–$230K+ with a yearly bonus.

This role requires IN APRN license, PMHNP board certification, active IN DEA, and at least 1 year post-training PMHNP experience. Hybrid telemedicine and in-person care with full support and modern offices.
