LifeStance Health in South Bend, IN is expanding our behavioral health team. We are seeking PMHNPs licensed in IN with ANCC PMHNP certification to join a hybrid outpatient practice delivering telemedicine and in-person care.

Nurse Practitioners are a critical part of our clinical team. We’re seeking Nurse Practitioners that are:
