The role offers a productive compensation model up to $192k–$230k+, annual bonus, sign-on, comprehensive benefits, and telemedicine as well as in-person care.

• Licensed in IN as an APRN with PMHNP Board Certification by the ANCC.
• Active IN DEA.
• 1+ year PMHNP experience post training.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans.
