Job summary

Serenity Healthcare in Houston, TX is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our physician-owned interventional psychiatry team. You’ll focus on patient care with minimal administrative burden and zero on-call duties, supported by a strong 8:1 staff-to-provider ratio.

We offer Brainsway Deep TMS training, a salary of $150,000 per year plus incentives, 33 days of paid time off, 90% premiums paid for family medical benefits, and a schedule of three 13-hour shifts weekly.

Qualifications

• Licensed PMHNP in Texas with current board certification.
• Willingness to complete Brainsway Deep TMS certification during training.
• Experience in outpatient psychiatry preferred.
