Centerstone Medical Group is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive psychiatric services in Springfield, MO. You will perform evaluations, diagnoses, medication management, and follow-up care as part of an integrated behavioral health team.

You will collaborate with psychiatrists and other clinicians, participate in program evaluation, and contribute to high-quality patient care within the healthcare system. A full-time schedule and a supportive environment are offered.

Qualificações

• Master's degree in Nursing with PMHNP preparation.
• Current national certification as PMHNP.
• Current RN license in the practicing state.
• APRN licensure/certification as required by state law.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and obtain health histories.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide psychiatric medication management and prescribe as allowed by law.
• Provide brief psychotherapy and other appropriate interventions.
• Maintain a caseload in collaboration with supervisory staff.
• Document accurately in the electronic health record.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other care team members.
• Participate in patient staffing and program evaluation as needed.
