Job summary

Centerstone is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to deliver comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and collaborative care within our Psychiatry Clinics in Martinsville, IN and North Vernon, IN. This full-time role emphasizes evidence-based treatment planning, patient follow-up, and teamwork with psychiatrists and primary care colleagues.

The ideal candidate holds PMHNP certification, an active RN license in Indiana, and APRN credentials, with prior behavioral health

Qualifications

• Master's in Nursing with PMHNP preparation.
• Current national PMHNP certification.
• Current RN license in state of practice.
• APRN licensure/certification as required by state law.
• Preferred: experience in behavioral health/psychiatry.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and histories.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and provide medication management.
• Provide brief psychotherapy and collaborate with psychiatrists.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record.
• Collaborate with care team and participate in staff development.
