Hendricks Behavioral Hospital in Plainfield, IN is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive psychiatric care. You will collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, social workers, and therapists to develop treatment plans and coordinate care for patients in a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires a Master's in Psychiatric Nursing, active Indiana RN/NP licensure, and at least 3 years of psychiatric clinical experience. Excellent benefits and full-time employment are offered.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Psychiatric Nursing from an accredited school.
Current RN and Psychiatric NP licensure in Indiana.

Responsibilities

Conduct clinical assessments and develop treatment plans.
Coordinate decision making with the psychiatrist and multidisciplinary team.
Perform follow‑up visits after initial assessments.
Prescribe pharmacologic interventions as necessary.
Review laboratory and diagnostic test results.
