Centerstone Medical Group in Martinsville and North Vernon, Indiana, seeks a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to deliver comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and follow-up care as part of an integrated behavioral health team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing with PMHNP preparation.
• Current national PMHNP certification.
• Current RN license in Indiana.
• Active APRN licensure/certification as required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and histories.
• Provide psychiatric medication management and prescribe psychotropic medications.
• Deliver brief psychotherapy and other therapies as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and the care team.
• Participate in staff development and program evaluation.
