Qualifications

• Master’s in Nursing and post-master’s program in an advanced practice role.
• Current and unrestricted APRN license.
• 1 year experience as Advanced Practice Registered Nurse.
• CPR certification required.
• Narcan certification required.
• DEA license active; CDS if state requires it.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial psychiatric evaluations within regulatory timeframes.
• Conduct medication management follow-ups and document in EHR.
• Provide on-site and telehealth evaluations and prescribe medications as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate patient records and complete documentation promptly.
• Collaborate with Medical Director, clinicians, and nursing staff.
