Centerstone Medical Group in Martinsville and North Vernon, Indiana, seeks a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, medication management, and follow-up care as part of an integrated behavioral health team.

Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Nursing with PMHNP certification, current RN and APRN licensure, and national certification; experience in behavioral health is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in Nursing with preparation as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
• Current national certification as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
• Current Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.
• Current Advanced Practice Registered Nurse licensure/certification as required by state law.
• Must maintain all required professional licenses, certifications, and credentials throughout employment.

Aufgaben

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and obtain health histories.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and diagnose mental health/addiction concerns.
• Prescribe psychotropic medications per laws and supervision requirements.
• Provide brief psychotherapy and other therapeutic interventions as appropriate.
• Maintain a caseload and provide follow-up care and evaluation.
