Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED. Associate Degree Preferred.
• A minimum of two (2) years’ experience as a Medical Practice Business Associate or working in a similar healthcare role.
• Proficient in typing, Windows, and experience with multiple computer systems.

Responsibilities

• You are the first point of contact for patients and families, setting the tone for a caring experience.
• Obtain and verify patient and insurance information and enter it accurately into the registration system.
• Schedule patient appointments, including return visits, referrals, and tests or procedures.
• Greet patients professionally in person and on the phone and respond effectively to questions.
