Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED; Associate degree preferred
• Minimum of two years’ experience as a Medical Practice Business Associate or similar healthcare role
• Proficient in typing, Windows, and experience with multiple computer systems.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for patients and families, delivering a welcoming and efficient experience.
• Obtain/verify patient and insurance information and enter into registration systems.
• Schedule patient appointments, referrals, and diagnostic tests/procedures.
• Greet patients professionally in person and over the phone and respond to inquiries.
