Job summary

SOL Mental Health in Virginia is seeking a licensed PMHNP to join a clinician-centered team. You will provide high-quality, evidence-based care to adults, young adults, and children, with a collaborative model and strong administrative support in Tysons.

The compensation ranges from $140,000 to $228,400+ with incentives, plus medical, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, 401(k) match, annual CEU budget, PTO and liability insurance.

Qualifications

• Active PMHNP license in Virginia (VA).
• Active DEA license in Virginia (VA).
• Active NPI number.
• Experience in direct clinical care.
• 2+ years in medication management preferred for children/adults.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Interest in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based care.
• Work with adults, young adults, and/or children.
• Support patients in crisis with appropriate interventions.
• Complete timely, accurate documentation.

What You Bring

• Active, Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in VA
• Active DEA license in VA
• Active NPI number
• Experience in direct clinical care
• 2+ years of experience providing medication management treatment to children, adolescents, and/or adults is highly preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• An interest in engaging in a collaborative team environment
