Job summary

SOL Mental Health in Bethesda, MD is hiring an active PMHNP to provide high-quality, evidence-based psychiatric care for adults, young adults, and children. This role includes medication management, crisis interventions, and collaboration within a supportive clinical team.

We offer a generous compensation package ($140,000 - $228,400) with a guaranteed base plus incentives, plus a robust benefits portfolio and a Bethesda office space. MD licensure and DEA registration are required.

Qualifications

• Active PMHNP license in MD.
• Active DEA license in MD.
• Active NPI number.
• Experience in direct clinical care.
• 2+ years of experience providing medication management to children, adolescents, and/or adults.

What You Bring

• Active, Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in MD
• Active DEA license in MD
• Active NPI number
• Experience in direct clinical care
• 2+ years of experience providing medication management treatment to children, adolescents, and/or adults is highly preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• An interest in engaging in a collaborative team environment
