Job summary

SOL Mental Health in Silver Spring, MD is seeking an Active Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our collaborative team. You will provide evidence-based care to patients of all ages, with support for crisis intervention and a structured environment.

We offer competitive compensation between $140,000 to $228,400, inclusive of incentives, and a supportive workplace with a focus on professional growth. Benefits include insurance options, 401(k) matching, and ongoing education funding.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience providing medication management treatment to children, adolescents, and/or adults is highly preferred.
• Ability to support patients in crisis with appropriate interventions.
• Demonstrated interest in a collaborative team environment.

What You Bring

• Active, Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in MD
• Active DEA license in MD
• Active NPI number
• Experience in direct clinical care
• 2+ years of experience providing medication management treatment to children, adolescents, and/or adults is highly preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• An interest in engaging in a collaborative team environment
