Job summary

SOL Mental Health is seeking a licensed PMHNP to join our Columbia, SC team. You’ll provide evidence-based care, manage medications, and support patients across age groups within a collaborative, clinician-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Active PMHNP license capable of practice in MD (and applicable state).
• Active DEA license and NPI number.
• Experience providing medication management to varied age groups.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based psychiatric care.
• Treat adults, young adults, and children as appropriate.
• Support patients in crisis with appropriate interventions.
• Complete timely, accurate clinical documentation.

• $140,000 - $228,400+ inclusive of a guarantee plus clinical hour-based incentives

What You Bring

• Active, Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in MD
• Active DEA license in MD
• Active NPI number
• Experience in direct clinical care
• 2+ years of experience providing medication management treatment to children, adolescents, and/or adults is highly preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• An interest in engaging in a collaborative team environment
