Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Nursing preferred, or equivalent.
• Associates Degree in Nursing preferred, or equivalent.
• Nursing Diploma is acceptable as minimum education if substituted by Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Nursing.
• High School Diploma or GED required only if Nursing Diploma is the graduate path.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient clinical and psychosocial needs per standards of practice for the unit.
• Develop, implement and evaluate an individualized care plan with patients and families.
• Assist with patient throughput and ensure ethical, high-quality care.
• Coordinate education and discharge planning for patients and families.
• Complete required clinical and quality documentation per RHS standards and regulatory requirements.
• Delegate and prioritize tasks to maintain care quality and safety.
