Riverside Health in Hampton, Virginia seeks an RN to assess, plan, implement and evaluate the total nursing care for assigned patients. Under supervision of the Nurse Manager and Director, you will develop care plans considering physiological, psychosocial, and cultural diversity.

You will supervise non-professional staff, coordinate education and discharge planning, document per RHS standards, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, ethical, high-quality care.

Formación

• BSN/ASN or nursing diploma required depending on eligibility.
• RN license in Virginia or compact state on hire.
• CPR/BLS certification required on hire.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patient clinical and psychosocial needs and develop a plan of care.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team and families.
• Document all care and discharge education per standards.
