Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.
• Associate’s degree in Nursing preferred.
• Nursing Diploma minimum; Associate or Bachelor’s accepted in lieu.
• HS Diploma or GED required only if Nursing Diploma graduate.
• 1 year related RN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient clinical and psychosocial needs and develop care plans.
• Partner with patients and families to implement and evaluate care plans.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team for safe patient transitions.
• Maintain urgency to ensure efficient patient throughput and quality care.
• Adapt education to diverse patient populations and provide discharge education.
• Complete all clinical and quality documentation per RHS standards.
