Job summary

ViaQuest Psychiatric & Behavioral Solutions in Ohio is seeking dedicated LPNs and RNs for full-time, Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm positions with no weekend shifts. The team provides care to diverse clients across behavioral and developmental health, delivering compassionate, evidence-based treatment.

LPN pay ranges from $23–$25 per hour, RN salaries range from $64k–$71k per year. Comprehensive benefits and travel within the service area may be available.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• RN license.
• Experience in psychiatric, mental and behavioral health services.
• Willingness to travel throughout assigned service area.
• Preferably has experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Address behavioral and physical health needs of psychiatric clients.
• Perform health screenings and check vital signs.
• Administer injections and other medications as needed.
• Monitor and administer medications.
• Educate clients on pharmaceuticals.
• Gather client history from the Nurse Practitioner.
• Coordinate community services in case management duties.
• Help clients develop skills in emotion, stress and anger management, communication and interpersonal relationships.
